Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and you. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Postage and Shipping
Payment is via PayPal the safer, faster, more secure way to pay online - your financial details are never shared.
All orders will be dispatched 2-5 business days after full payment has been received. All parcels to the UK are posted 1st class post and we always get proof of posting.
For overseas orders please email clare@craftyclares for postal costs.

Returns and refunds
We will replace faulty or damaged items sent, if you email or telephone us within 7 days of receipt. We try not to make mistakes, but very occasionally this happens, and we will do all we can to sort them out.
Refunds for unwanted goods will be given, minus the postage charges, on receipt of returned goods in a re-saleable condition.
Goods that are faulty or damaged will be refunded or replaced upon receipt (including postage costs).
Please note we can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Orders 'lost in the Post' are normally very rare, however if this does occur we will replace items (after the statutory time limit set by the post office) where possible, otherwise a refund or replacement will be offered.
Sale of Goods
The goods for sale on this site comply with the "Sale of Goods Act". The descriptions are as accurate as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase please follow the returns policy listed above.
